Why We Built This Site
Texas court access starts with identifying the custodian. Charla Pitcox, the McCulloch County District Clerk, keeps 452nd District Court files. Christine Jones, the County Clerk, handles constitutional County Court records. Lower-court files stay with the Justice Court or Brady Municipal Court. LGS, re:SearchTX, the county calendar, and the city or JP ticket portals do not contain the same material. We organize the verified contact details, official links, search fields, fees, and request steps so a reader can choose the proper route.
What You Will Find Here
- Case lookups: ways to use a party name, cause number, issuing court, or citation number
- Docket help: how McCulloch County criminal and civil docket entries differ
- Dates and settings: how to read the county calendar and confirm a hearing with the proper office
- Record requests: where plain copies, certified copies, and file inspections come from
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no affiliation to a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its limits are straightforward:
- We cannot issue a certified copy or retrieve an official case file
- We cannot set, reset, or confirm a hearing
- We cannot seal, remove, or amend a docket entry
- We cannot interpret a case or give legal advice
- We cannot promise that a fee, office detail, or setting has not changed
An official or certified McCulloch County record must come from the clerk or court that keeps the original file.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes shown on some pages. They control their results, fees, and service terms. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports this resource. We do not control the provider's price or the completeness of any result.
